Refund Policy

At Cozy Home Life, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, email us at donie.villatoro@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
