We want you to love everything you order from Cozy Home. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Late or Missing Refunds
